Stephen Bartlett, founder of RRC Construction LLC., started the venture into construction with Habitat for Humanity over a decade ago volunteering. Growing in construction based knowledge through his engineering degree and hands on job-site management. His career focus has been on the development of strong relationships in general contracting construction and insurance remediation sectors throughout Indianapolis and the Cincinnati area. To date helping homeowners save over 7 million dollars and over 750 jobs contracting experience.
